Mattress Warranty

Magniflex is pleased to provide you with a 10-year limited warranty to protect against any potential workmanship or material defects in our mattresses.
The limited warranty remains in force for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.

This warranty benefits the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
With the exception of fabric or handles, this warranty covers any visible indentation exceeding 1¼ inches (1 1⁄4”) on one side of the mattress.

If identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Magniflex will substitute materials of equal quality.
To ensure warranty validity, use the mattress with a firm, non-spring foundation such as a slatted/grid-top bed base, Magniflex foundation, or similar hard surface providing proper center support and ventilation.

Do not use a box spring foundation or one with inadequate center support, as this can cause defects not covered under warranty.

Exclusions from Mattress Coverage

This limited warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Product found to be unsanitary, damp, burned, cut, stained, or soiled.
• Use without proper foundation or inadequate center support.
• Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
• Damage to the outer fabric, including wear and tear.
• Commercial use (e.g., hotels, motels, institutions) unless designed for it.
• Improper storage or exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or humidity.
• Discoloration or cosmetic changes.
• Unauthorized repairs.
• Product failure due to factors other than defective workmanship or material.

Additional Warranty Limitations

This warranty also excludes:

• Body impressions — a normal occurrence that shows upholstery layers conforming to body contours.
• Foam softening that does not affect pressure relief performance.
• Reduction in thickness (up to 2″) for mattresses with natural fiber quilting due to settling or vacuum packaging.
• Handles, if present.
• Indentations less than 1¼ inches (1 1⁄4”).
• Comfort preference issues.
• Transportation or inspection costs.
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or dealers.
• Absence of proof of purchase showing date, place, and price.
• Pillows and other products not listed in this warranty.
