To initiate a return please email [email protected] and include your order number in the subject line. A return merchandise authorization will be issued within 1-2 days. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
*No refunds/exchanges/credits on special orders, closeouts, custom pieces, Mattresses, Pillows, Toppers, Sheet sets, or Adjustable Bed Frames. The shipping fee is non-refundable after an item has shipped, including if the item has shipped but has not yet been received by the consumer.

We at West Avenue know how annoying it can be when you purchase an item only to find the same item on sale at a later time. This can be especially frustrating when the item you purchased was a special order or out of stock item that required being back-ordered, leading to a delayed delivery of the item.
This is why West Avenue has a standard policy regarding this type of situation. In the event that a previously purchased item goes on sale at a lower price, an adjustment/credit will be eligible if the purchase date was within 14 days of the sale price debut. Back-ordered items that go on sale after the order is placed but have not yet been delivered are also eligible for a sale price adjustment.
