We were in search of a company that could produce a custom piece of furniture for our living room. After a frustrating several weeks of trying unsuccessfully to work with another company, we found Riley’s Real Wood Furniture. Our buying experience with Riley’s could not have been better. From our initial contact with Jared, to working out the design details, placing the order, right up to the final product delivery, every step of the process was handled promptly and very professionally. Our custom cabinet was delivered exactly as ordered and on-time. It is a beautiful piece of workmanship and we could not be more pleased. We would give Riley’s our highest recommendation for great products and outstanding service.
The salesman seemed like a straight shooter and was very helpful. The selection of furniture is more upper high end. And with that a higher price. Quality comes with a price.

From the first time we walked in the store, everyone who attempted to help us was very patient with all our questions and need for more information about the console we eventually purchased. Their showroom was full of good options all well displayed. When it was time to pick up, they checked for possible damage, assembled and help load into our van. I purchased the UDFR Under Desk Foot Rest after a year at home during Covid doing psychotherapy on video all day at a desk vs in my comfy office and ergonomic chair and ottoman. I needed something to support my knees exactly what I needed and adjusts to my changing needs through out the day and sessions. It rocks. Their customer service was responsive and awesome. Serious game changer.
Always great quality furniture. Our new chair had a popping problem and a part had to be ordered from Fjord. The chair was still functional and as soon as the part arrived, Rileys picked up the chair, repaired it and returned it to us in less than 3 days.
Hands down the best furniture store in Eugene! This is where we go when shopping for quality pieces with staying power. Locally owned with locally sourced options, I feel good about supporting Reilly’s furniture store and their suppliers.
Wonderful products and customer service!
It was really easy to get in and out of the store with exactly what we were looking for. We were also offered options such as having a piece custom built. But in the end, we chose a piece that was already made, time being important.
I needed to buy a bed quickly and have it delivered, and Riley’s was professional and courteous and extremely easy to work with. I am very happy with my purchase and plan to buy more furniture here.
We have shopped at Riley’s before, and always found their products to be great. What was notable this time was the customer service. Very friendly, non-pushy sales people. Particularly notable was the guy who was working the warehouse — super helpful. We were buying some Adirondack chairs, and he correctly insisted in carrying a bunch of them into the sunlight so I could what they looked like in natural light. When I returned to the store to pick up a 2nd piece I couldn’t fit on the first load, he saw me pull into the parking lot and had retrieved the chair and was on the way to the front carrying it before I even had time to ask. Now the chairs are home and we really are really enjoying them.

The staff was very helpful, yet gave you space to think and decide. They were friendly and approachable. Worked to help us make a decision that meets our needs. Beautiful furniture in this place. Mostly locally made, or at least in Oregon. Would definitely shop here again
Other furniture stores in Eugene have mostly traditional furniture. Riley’s has modern furniture, and that’s what my wife and I want. So far we’ve found a great sofa, recliner chairs, and a dining table at Riley’s. The staff are knowledgeable, and they listen well to our needs. Their decorator Katie is exceptional; she visited our house on several occasions to get a sense of what furniture would fit in our great room and complement its existing decor.
We worked with Nathan to design a custom media cabinet for an Ultra Short Throw projector and motorized screen. There were revisions made during the process and Nathan was very professional and flexible in designing the unit and getting the build started.
We love our new cabinet! We will definitely be doing more business with Riley’s in the future!

I bought a beautiful hard wood coffee table (the Tibro coffee table) from these guys a few weeks back and couldn’t be happier! Their salesman Aidan, was very helpful and helped me find the best option within my price range. I would highly recommend Rileys Real Wood to any of my friends.
We got two beautiful, locally made, high quality dressers. After being severely disappointed in the quality of dressers we were looking at in all the big box/chain furniture stores, we stopped in here on a whim. The cost was comparable to the best dressers at the other stores, but the quality of the product was above and beyond. The service was great! One was delivered within a week and the other we ordered and had ahead of schedule. Delivery was reasonably priced, and very professional. These are pieces made to last.

We ordered a BDI bar cabinet in charcoal on April 7 and were notified that delivery would be around May 6. Surprisingly, the cabinet arrived today, April 20, via white glove delivery. The installation went smoothly and we could not be happier. Bravo to West Avenue Furniture.

I can’t say enough about the great experience I had at this store earlier this year. I was shopping for a solid wood king bed set and this was the first of several planned stops around town. The furniture is gorgeous, high quality and reasonably priced for what you get. Great selection too. The manager was incredibly helpful and there was no sales pressure. When I realized I could buy from an Oregon manufacturer, I was sold … No need to shop any further. Delivery was right on time and the furniture is heirloom quality. I’ll go here first every time I’m in the market for furniture.
We have purchased a couple of bed frames from Rileys because they offer simple designs that are solid wood. Each time the service has been very good and they have met or delivered earlier than expected. The delivery service is worth the additional cost and the team that shows up has always been very pleasant and efficient. The quality of the frames is great and they have a good price range to select from.
Two dressers for guest room. Made locally. Beautifully finished. Delivered right in time. I really liked that I could see similar products before I purchased, and that I could customize the color of stain.
