Returns & Exchanges

While we hope you’ll love every piece you get from us, sometimes pieces just don’t work out. To initiate a return please email [email protected] and include your sales order or invoice number in the subject line.  A return merchandise authorization will be issued within 1-2 days.  You will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

Returns are subject to the following conditions.

  • No refund, return, exchange, or credit is available on special order, made to order, floor samples, final-sale, closeout, customized item, rugs, mattress, pillow, topper, sheet-set, adjustable bedframe, textile, or clearance items. Special order items are defined as items ordered from the vendor at the time of sale.
  • Made-to-order products and special-order products These products cannot be cancelled without penalty after 48 hours have passed from the time of purchase. If you need to cancel a special-order contact us at 541-485-6308 or [email protected]. Cancellation resulting in a credit card refund will incur a 5% processing fee.
  • Defective, damaged, and incorrect items Please thoroughly examine the merchandise in the presence of the delivery company or at time of pickup. If the delivery driver is unwilling to wait for you to examine your products you must note this on the delivery slip with the driver’s signature. If you have any issues with this process do not sign any forms until you have contacted our store for assistance. Your signature indicates that the furniture has been received in an undamaged and satisfactory condition. By doing so, any responsibility for issues discovered post-delivery rests solely with the customer, limiting options for resolution. In the rare event of damage or defects in your order, please contact our customer support at 541-485-6308 during the delivery. Please record and provide photos and a description of the issue. For damages concealed at the time of delivery please take photos and alert us right away. We will do whatever we can to help, however, if you have signed the delivery form our options may be restricted. Please know that our furniture is made by hand with natural materials. Variations in color, wood grain, fabric, material, and finish are not considered defects and are not reason for return.
  • Stock items. Within 7 Days, undamaged merchandise in new condition with original packaging is eligible for a full refund excluding shipping and delivery fees. Restocking fees may apply. Returns made after 7 days, but before 30 days from the invoice date, only a credit memo will be made to the customer’s account, no refund.
  • Delivery definitions and policy. Delivery is defined as an order carried to a customer’s residence in West Avenue-owned vehicles by a West Avenue employee or employees. This is typically only within our showrooms local market location. Delivery fees are non-refundable after initiated. If a delivered item is returned, pickup and return fees are subject to current rates.
  • Shipping definition and policy. Shipping is defined as an order carried by a third-party fulfillment provider not owned or operated by West Avenue or its subsidiaries. Shipping fees are non-refundable after initiated. Return shipping arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
