Built to Order in Texas
Each American Leather piece is custom-built to order at their state-of-the-art facility in Dallas, Texas. Orders typically ship in about 30 days from the date of purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery generally takes 5–15 days depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or hard-to-access areas (such as mountain regions, gated communities, or islands) may require additional transit time.

Tracking & Scheduling
As soon as your order leaves the factory, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor progress. When your shipment reaches the local delivery terminal, the carrier will call you 24 hours before delivery to schedule your appointment.

Delivery Service
American Leather products ship via LTL freight carrier and are delivered using Threshold Service — your furniture will be brought safely inside the first dry area of your home or garage, not left curbside.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
American Leather® provides a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and suspension of
this piece of furniture. American Leather® also warrants this piece of furniture to be free of
defects in workmanship and materials, other than frame and suspension, for five years from
the day of purchase. Any battery included with the product is protected by warranty for one
year from the day of purchase.
Defects in workmanship and materials are defined, for the purpose of this warranty, as
causing the product to be unsound structurally or mechanically, or altering the appearance
other than that of normal usage and does not apply to defects resulting from misuse,
accidents or negligence.
If a defect is found in this product, American Leather® will repair or replace it, at its
discretion. American Leather® reserves the right to arrange local repair. The cost of
packaging and shipping to and from the factory is not covered by this warranty unless
expressly arranged by American Leather®. Claims under this warranty should be made to
the retailer where the product was purchased or through a retailer authorized by American
Leather®. The dated receipt should be retained for proof of purchase.
This warranty is offered to the original owner and is not transferable. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which vary from state to state.
