West Bros Furniture Lifetime Warranty

West Bros Furniture products are warranted for the life of the product to the original retail purchaser against defects in manufacturing and materials, when used under normal residential conditions.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in:

• Solid wood components

• Joinery and structural construction

• Manufacturing workmanship

• Materials used in the original construction of the product

If a manufacturing or material defect is confirmed, West Bros Furniture will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective part

• Replace the defective part or product

• Provide a comparable replacement or appropriate remedy

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including natural wood movement, grain variation, color variation, or character marks

• Changes caused by exposure to extreme temperature, humidity, or direct sunlight

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, improper care, or improper assembly

• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Commercial, rental, or institutional use

• Finish wear, scratches, dents, or marks that occur through normal use

Natural characteristics of solid wood—such as knots, mineral streaks, and variations in grain and color—are not considered defects and are part of the material’s natural beauty.

Warranty Conditions

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable

• Proof of original purchase is required

• Warranty service must be initiated through the authorized retailer where the product was purchased

• Products must be used in a residential setting under normal conditions

Shipping & Service

In some cases, transportation or service costs may apply. Replacement parts or products may not be identical but will be of comparable value and quality.
