Shipping Information
All BDI products ship via LTL freight carrier and include Threshold Delivery service. Orders typically leave the BDI warehouse within 4 days of purchase.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most deliveries arrive within 10 days from the order date. Deliveries to remote areas or homes with limited access (such as steep driveways, gated communities, or multi-unit buildings) may require additional transit time.
Tracking & Scheduling
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your shipment. When your order reaches the local delivery terminal, the carrier will call you 24 hours before delivery to schedule your appointment.
Delivery Service
BDI products are delivered using Threshold Service — your furniture will be brought safely inside the first dry area of your home or garage, not left curbside.
Assembly
BDI furniture ships unassembled. Most pieces feature BDI’s precision-fit design for easy setup with clear, step-by-step instructions included.

Duration: 3 years for residential use, 1 year for commercial use.
Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship.
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and damage from improper use.

Eligibility: The product must have been assembled, installed, used, and maintained according to BDI’s instructions.
