When you choose West Avenue’s White Glove Delivery, you are making a smart choice. We do all of our deliveries with our own drivers, in our own trucks. We control the whole delivery process from start to finish to make certain it gets done right, the first time. Our delivery crew has years of experience in furniture delivery and handling as well as being very knowledgeable about the products they handle. This ensures that when you use our delivery service, your new piece gets into your home without damage to it or your home.
Before your purchase leaves our warehouse, each piece is carefully inspected to verify quality and check for damage. Then everything is blanket wrapped for protection and secured in our truck for a safe ride to your home.
Once we arrive at your home, we do all the work for you. Our drivers move everything into your home and put it right where you want it. Any assembly and packing-removal is done for you. If you have a special need at your home, we are glad to accommodate you. Whether it is removing our shoes, attaching something to a wall, or moving your old furniture out of the way, we have you covered.

Returns & Exchanges
While we hope you’ll love every piece you get form us, sometimes pieces just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a full refund* of the purchase price within 7 days for unused merchandise and exchange/in store credit* within 30 days.
*No refunds/exchanges/credits on special orders, closeouts, custom pieces, Mattresses or Adjustable Bed Frames.
We at West Avenue know how annoying it can be when you purchase an item only to find the same item on sale at a later time. This can be especially frustrating when the item you purchased was a special order or out of stock item that required being back-ordered, leading to a delayed delivery of the item.
This is why West Avenue has a standard policy regarding this type of situation. In the event that a previously purchased item goes on sale at a lower price, an adjustment/credit will be eligible if the purchase date was within 14 days of the sale price debut. Back-ordered items that go on sale after the order is placed but have not yet been delivered are also eligible for a sale price adjustment.
Sleep Comfort Guarantee
We believe nothing beats a comfortable night’s sleep on a brand new Magniflex mattress. But we do understand that there are times when the mattress you decided on purchasing is just not right for you. This rarely happens, but if it does, West Avenue’s Sleep Comfort Guarantee gives you another chance at selecting the right mattress.
Here’s how it works.
- Before deciding you chose the wrong mattress, we require that you sleep on your new mattress for 30 days. It can sometimes take a few weeks for our bodies to adjust to a new sleep surface. An initial level of discomfort doesn’t mean you have the wrong mattress.
- If after 30 days you are still feeling discomfort, contact us to request an exchange. This request must be made within 45 days of purchase but not before the 30-day adjustment period concludes.
- The new mattress purchase/exchange must be of equal or greater value than the original mattress purchase.
- You will be required to pay any difference in cost between the new mattress and the originally selected mattress, plus an applicable disposal fee and delivery fee.
- The disposal fee is 20% of the original mattress price.
- Limit of one exchange per customer.
- The mattress must be in sanitary and clean condition, law tags must be attached, be free of tears, burns and stains of any kind or we will be unable to honor an exchange request.
- This guarantee applies to mattresses only.
- All sales are final for the following items: special orders, as-is or floor models, discontinued or clearance merchandise, and adjustable beds.
- There will be no cash refunds.
