  • Business license

    Policy Details

    • All orders must be billed to the design professional. No quotes or program pricing will be issued to the client.
    • Membership is not transferable.
    • White glove delivery is available for an additional charge. (Delivery included for Tier 4 members)
    • West Ave reserves the right to end or change this program without notice and at any time.
    • 50% of order total due at time of order. Full Payment expected when item(s) is(are) received by West Ave.
    • Return Policy: 7 Days-unused stocking merchandise can receive full refund; Within 30 days: exchange permitted. No refunds or credits on special orders, closeouts, custom pieces, mattresses, adjustable bed bases or floor coverings.
    • Warehouse storage limited to 90 days.
    • Any damages and/or discrepancies must be reported to West Ave within 3 days of fulfillment.
    • Discounting applies to regular priced items only. Can not be applied to clearance, sale, or discounted items.
    • Program eligibility is at the sole discretion of West Ave Furniture.
